FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Have a Question? Get Your Answer
Is iNMS covered by insurance?
Hoffman Health Solutions is a cash-pay practice. Insurance coverage varies by individual plan, and patients are responsible for confirming their out-of-network benefits and reimbursement eligibility directly with their insurance provider.
What should I expect during my first session?
Your first appointment begins with a comprehensive intake assessment covering health history, movement patterns, and recovery goals. Based on this assessment, a personalized NXPro® treatment protocol is developed before delivering approximately 40–60 minutes of iNMS therapy. You’ll receive a personalized recovery summary at the end of the visit.
How many sessions will I need?
Treatment recommendations depend on your condition, movement goals, and response to therapy. Skylor will discuss a personalized plan after your initial assessment.
Is iNMS safe? Are there contraindications?
iNMS is a non-invasive therapy. Treatment may not be suitable for those with pacemakers, certain active cancers, pregnancy, or open wounds. Health history is reviewed before each session.
What areas do you serve?
Greenville, Spartanburg, Greer, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Taylors, and surrounding Upstate South Carolina communities within approximately 30 miles of Greenville. Contact us to confirm your location is within range.
Can I book a session for a family member?
Yes, you can book on behalf of someone else. Please note their name and general reason for the visit in the booking form (per HIPAA guidance, please avoid listing specific diagnoses on the public form).
