I’ve spent years sitting in an office chair, and playing golf… so my lower back has been a severe issue for a long time. This treatment has helped exponentially. Skylor used the NXPro on me during my shoulder and triceps workout, and it completely changed the quality of my training session.

Having the stimulation on while lifting made it feel like I was getting a stronger muscle contraction with every rep. My muscles stayed engaged throughout each movement, and I was able to push more weight than I normally would while maintaining better control and form. It felt like I was recruiting 100% of my muscle fibers.

The biggest difference was my shoulder. I've dealt with chronic shoulder pain for years, and it's always limited certain exercises and my range of motion. During the workout, the pain was dramatically reduced, and I was able to perform pressing and overhead movements that I usually avoid. For the first time in a long time, my shoulder didn't hold me back.

I had a full achilles tear last year and I am still recovering. Prior to the sessions with Hoffman Health Solutions, I had very minimal activation in the middle portion of my calf. It was like my achilles and calf were still two separate pieces. As a result, I struggled with balance, stiffness, and strength. After I had a neuropathy session with Skylor, I felt activation in the middle calf that I haven't felt since before my injury. He attached the electrodes then activated the equipment, starting at the lowest setting. After increasing the power to a level I was comfortable with, a gentle tingling sensation could be felt through my calf. We then performed exercises to target my calf and achilles while the machine sent therapeutic pulses into my leg. The treatment has great results; my leg feels much more responsive and I've seen improvements with my strength and balance. I would absolutely recommend Skylor and Hoffman Health Solutions if you're recovering from an injury, have issues with mobility, or if you're a training athlete that could use physical therapy support.
